International Workshop on Energy Clean Conversion and Carbon Neutrality
November 25-28, 2026 The University of Queensland, Australia
International Workshop on Clean Energy Conversion and Carbon Neutrality aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers, engineers, and industry practitioners to present and discuss recent advances, emerging technologies, and critical challenges in the transition toward low-carbon and carbon-neutral energy systems.
The workshop will facilitate interdisciplinary exchange, foster collaboration, and promote the integration of scientific innovation with industrial applications in clean energy conversion. We welcome high-quality original research contributions, as well as perspectives and review papers.
THEMES
The themes of the workshop will cover (but not limited to):
1. Advanced Technologies for Clean Conversion of Traditional Fossil Resources(化石能源高效清洁低碳转化)
2. Solar-Driven Fuel Production(太阳能光热电耦合制氢制碳氢燃料)
3. Integrated Fossil–Solar Hybrid Systems for Clean and Cost-Effective Energy Conversion(化石能源与太阳能互补清洁高效低成本转化)
4. Hydrogen Storage, Transport, and End-Use(氢能储、输、用)
5.Hydrogen and Fuels from Biomass and Organic Wastes(生物质或有机废气物制氢制燃料)
PAPER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All submitted papers must be original works that have not been published previously, nor are they under review by any other journal or conference. Plagiarism of any kind is strictly prohibited, and the author shall bear full responsibility for the originality of the paper.
Papers should be written in English, adhering to academic norms and standard formatting. The structure should include abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, and references.
The length of the paper should be 6-10 pages (including references), typeset in double spacing, with 12-point font (Times New Roman), and margins of 2.5 cm on all sides.
Papers must include the authors' full names, affiliations, contact information (email address, phone number), and a 200-300 word abstract, as well as 3-5 keywords.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE AND METHOD
Submission Deadline: September 1, 2026
Submission Method: Abstracts of all papers should be submitted electronically through the Workshop official submission system (link: TBA). Please select the corresponding topic range when submitting, and name the paper file as "Topic Range X_Author Name_Institution.pdf" (e.g., Topic Range 1_Zhang San_XX University.pdf).
REVIEW PROCESS
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer review process by the Workshop Academic Committee. The review will focus on the originality, academic value, technical feasibility, and relevance to the Workshop themes. The review results will be notified to the corresponding authors via email within 4-6 weeks after the submission deadline.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Abstracts of accepted papers will be included in the Workshop Brochure, and selected excellent papers will be recommended to core international journals for further review and publication. Failure to register before the registration deadline will result in the paper being excluded from the Proceedings. For questions related to paper submission, please contact the Workshop Secretariat via email: xxx@xxx (TBA).
We look forward to receiving your high-quality papers and welcoming you to attend the Workshop to share academic insights and promote cooperation in the field of energy clean conversion and carbon neutrality!
